Community
Centre
This solution builds on existing software
system that manages the scheduling and sales
of recreation/education programs. This software
is commonly referred to as the “front
end”. Sage Accpac 100 ERP is
used as the “back end” to manage
payroll, bill paying, miscellaneous receipts
and the general ledger/financial reporter.
A simple, low cost custom interface was
built to transfer transaction information
from the “front end” to the “back
end” without the need for rekeying
the information. Sage Options Electronic Fund
Transfer (EFT) was added
to allow for payroll to be paid directly
into employee bank accounts and payments
to be made directly to selected suppliers.
Simple custom reports were
added to save time for clerical staff and
tailor the system to the information needs
of the organisation.

Daycare
Group
The group, operating a dozen different daycare
facilities, used a combination of Sage Accpac 100 ERP, Sage Options Electronic
Fund Transfer (EFT) for payroll
and parent fee receipts, automated processing
built into Sage Accpac ERP, and a package of custom
reports to automate nearly all
of the most time consuming processes.

Professional
Services Group
A combination of Sage Accpac 200 ERP financial
suite, Sage CRM 100 , a third party Time & Billing program
and a package of custom reports combined
with customisation of the Sage CRM package
was used to create a total business information
system. All client relations, including
tracking prospective projects, tracking
existing projects, all client contact information
and client billing history are contained
within the system as well as the traditional
accounting information. With the Sage CRM component
being an Internet based program the professional
staff have access to the system anywhere
and anytime providing they have an internet
connection allowing staff to manage all
client issues in real time right at the
client site.

Wholesale
Distributor
Using Sage Accpac 200 ERP financial
and operation suites, combined with Sage Accpac Warehouse
Management System Lite , the company
can automate and manage all of its traditional
distribution tasks. The addition of Sage Accpac
Exchange allowed the company to
use Sage Accpac Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) services
demanded by its large national customers
with total integration to the Sage Accpac ERP system
further automating order processing. A third
party Sales Analysis program
allows marketing, accounting and executive
staff to use custom sales reports to track
exactly the information that the need.

Talent Management
A highly customized application
of Sage CRM 100 has
been used to develop an anytime anywhere
talent management system. Client-artists
and corporate staff are able to access the
system to add bookings, confirm/accept/reject
performance dates, view historical information
and maintain an accessible library of documents
and communications in a secure environment.
The ease and low cost of customisation of
this system as well as the no-hassle upgrade
path allows the company to continually adapt
the system to its changing needs as business
conditions change day to day. |
